By accessing and using the Web Site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. The terms "you" and "User" refer to anyone who accesses the Web Site.

2. Your account
If you create an account, you must give accurate, complete and up-to-date information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. Giving false information is a breach of these Terms and may lead to your account being closed.
3. Bookings, prices and payments
- Sending a booking request through the Web Site or app does not confirm a booking. Our office reviews every request and sends a quotation.
- The price, inclusions and advance amount for your trip are those stated in the quotation you accept. Prices shown on the Web Site are indicative and may change until a quotation is issued.
- A booking is confirmed only after our office approves it and the advance stated in the quotation has been received. We will tell you when your booking is confirmed.
- Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from a payment being declined because you have exceeded the limit agreed between you and your bank or card issuer.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4. Limitation of liability
You are responsible for your own activities when browsing and using the Web Site. If you are dissatisfied with the Content, the Web Site or these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Web Site.
There may be delays, omissions or inaccuracies in the Content and the Web Site. THE CONTENT AND THE WEB SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. DHARAN TOURS AND TRAVELS MAKES NO GUARANTEE AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR TIMELINESS OF THE CONTENT, OR OF ANY MATERIAL REACHED THROUGH THE WEB SITE, AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. This section concerns the use of the Web Site. Our responsibilities for a confirmed trip are those set out in your accepted quotation and our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for third-party software used on the Web Site or for the accuracy of any result it produces.

The Web Site may link to web sites operated by others, such as maps, payment pages or social media. These links are for your convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or operation of those sites, and a link does not mean we endorse them. You are responsible for deciding how you use any other web site.
6. Content you send us
If you send us reviews, feedback or photos for publication, you give Dharan Tours and Travels the non-exclusive right to use them in our print and electronic publications. You are responsible for that material. We may review, edit or remove any material we consider illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate. Personal details you give us for a booking are handled under our Privacy Policy and are not published.
You may not post promotional material, including requests for funds or business, without our prior written permission.
You agree to indemnify Dharan Tours and Travels, its employees and authorised representatives against all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from (i) your breach of these Terms, or (ii) material entered on the Web Site using your account.

These Terms continue until ended by you or by Dharan Tours and Travels. Either party may end them by informing the other by telephone or in writing. We may change or discontinue the Web Site, or your access to it, at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Web Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
