What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your city or address, where needed for pick-up or drop
- Trip details: travel dates, places to visit, number of travellers and any special requests
- Records of your quotations, bookings, payments and trips with us
- Information you give us when you contact us or send feedback
When you pay online, your card, UPI or bank details are entered on the page of our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store those details; we only receive the payment reference and amount.
What we do with the information
We use this information to understand your needs and serve you well, in particular to:
- answer your enquiries and prepare quotations;
- arrange and run your booking, including vehicles, drivers and accommodation;
- send you booking, payment and trip updates by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or app notification;
- keep business, accounting and tax records;
- improve our services and the Web Site;
- contact you for feedback about your trip.
We will send you offers and promotional messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. We share only what is needed to provide your trip or run our business:
- the driver, vehicle owner, hotel or other supplier serving your trip;
- Razorpay, to process online payments;
- the service providers who send our messages (email, WhatsApp, app notifications) and host our systems;
- government authorities, where required by law.
Security
We are committed to keeping your information secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Only staff who need your information for their work can see it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services. Booking, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
How we use cookies
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. Our Web Site uses only the cookies needed for it to work: to keep you signed in, to protect forms from misuse and to remember your choices.
